CyberUp submission to the PSTI Bill Committee

The CyberUp Campaign has submitted written evidence to the Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (PSTI) Bill Committee. The Bill is currently making its way through Parliament.

We believe principles underpinning rationale for parts of the PSTI Bill would be complemented by reform of the Computer Misuse Act to include a statutory defence, allowing the legislation to be more successful in achieving its aims.

NOTE: this submission was updated 18/11/2022 and was sent to PSTI Bill Committee.
